What I like most living in the Paradise Philippines was the old way of toiling the farm. Decades ago, farmers were using the “water bufallo” or carabao. It was then their best friend because of the hard work the carabao does.

I cannot say carabaos are now instinct in Paradise Philippines, I must tell that cows are more prevalent now. It may be the cow provides more money for the living of many people.

Anyway, it’s great to know that cow’s meat is good for the body notwithstanding the milk that it brings.
